Command Nexus, a company in formation ("Command Nexus," "we," "us") hosts content — including images and documents — uploaded by the organizations and members that use the platform. We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright or trademark, and how we respond.
Uploaded media on Command Nexus is scoped to the uploading organization and is not published to the open web. We do not run automated copyright-matching on uploads; instead we operate a notice-and-takedown process backed by an in-platform admin media review and removal control. Valid notices are actioned by removing the material.
If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or an agent authorized to act on their behalf) and believe material hosted on Command Nexus infringes your rights, send a written notice to our designated contact:
Designated agent: Command Nexus — Copyright Agent
Email: commandnexusproducts@gmail.com
To be effective, your notice must include:
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material and make a reasonable effort to notify the organization that uploaded it. Organization admins can also remove media directly through the platform's media-moderation control at any time.
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact above, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material.
Command Nexus may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of organizations or users who are repeat infringers.
Trademark and other intellectual-property complaints follow the same notice process above: send full details and identification of the material to the designated contact and we will review and act on valid reports.
